Currently, the available payment method is cash on delivery. You pay for your order directly when you receive it.
Refunds
At Gangobrand, you have 7 days from the receipt of your order to request a refund.
Return procedure:
- Contact us to notify us of your refund request.
- We will send a delivery person to pick up the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund conditions:
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct an inspection. The item must be in perfect condition, without scratches or damage.
- If everything is compliant, we will process the refund by bank transfer within 3 to 4 business days.
