ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We ensure fast delivery within 2 to 3 business days after your order confirmation.

Upon receipt, you have the option to check and try on the glasses. If they are not suitable, you can return them immediately to the delivery person, without obligation.

In case of return after delivery, shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund will be issued after receipt and verification of the product's condition.

Exceptions – Sale Products

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. However, products sold on promotion or on sale are exchangeable, but not refundable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect.

By confirming an order that includes a sale product, the customer expressly accepts this condition.

ARTICLE 6 – SALE PRODUCTS AND PROMOTIONS

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. However, items sold on promotion or on sale are not eligible for refunds.

For these items:

  • Exchange is possible only, within 7 days following the date of receipt;

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase;

  • Shipping costs related to the exchange remain the responsibility of the customer;

  • Modified, damaged, or used items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

By confirming an order that includes a sale item, the customer expressly accepts these conditions.


ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT AND REFUND

Currently, we only accept cash on delivery.

If you wish to return a product, you have 7 days from its receipt to request a refund.

  • Contact our customer service to arrange for our carrier to collect the product.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The returned product must be in perfect condition, without scratches or damage.

Once the product is verified, we will process the refund by bank transfer within 3 to 4 business days.
